    圣保羅北方會(huì)展中心是圣保羅最大的展覽和會(huì)議中心之一，建筑占地面積980000平方米，展覽區(qū)面積75758平方米，5個(gè)展館每一個(gè)展館都有獨(dú)立的入口。10個(gè)設(shè)備裝卸通道，18間位于會(huì)議中心，另有4間位于黃館，總會(huì)議22間，總共可以同時(shí)容納4500人。停車(chē)場(chǎng)可以停泊3400輛車(chē)輛的獨(dú)享停車(chē)場(chǎng)，可以停泊12000輛。5個(gè)貿(mào)易展覽會(huì)和23個(gè)其他活動(dòng)同時(shí)在此舉辦。

GL events, Brazilian operation in one of world largest event groups, the French company GL events, undertook on August 2013 the management of S?o Paulo Expo Exhibition & Convention Center for 30 years. With R$ 300 million investment plan for the first 54 months, the Group will modernize the venue, refurbish the current 40,000 square meters pavillion, construct a 50,000 square meter exhibition area and 10,000 square meter convention center. Fifty per cent of the amount shall be applied in road accesses improvements to the exhibition center. Furthermore, there is a construction of a 250 rooms hotel in the plans.

“The achievement of this new concession is part of the investment growth and expansion policy and GL events operation in Brazil. This is the group largest investment, present in 19 countries and responsible for other 36 world event venues. Thus, S?o Paulo will have the largest and more modern exhibition and convention center in Brazil. We will expand the S?o Paulo Expo to 150% and so, we will have capacity to meet every event demand for the city”, asserted Arthur Repsold, president of GL events.

According to Arthur Repsold, the constructino schedule was prepared so that the calendar of events predicted in the venue is kept. Among the GL events objectives is to transform S?o Paulo Expo in the largest Brazilian convention center in terms of covered area, with 100,000 square meters. As well as to develop an operational and multifunctional-modern architectural complex able to host business fairs and audiences, conventions, and national and international corporative events, in addition to cultural and entertainment events.
